of an exhaustive analysis of a prospect's needs for location, square-footage, road and
rail access, labor pool and other special needs. These can be crossed-checked accurately

computer-logged.
Once the initial data is assembled, it greatly speeds up the search for the best match
between client and facility. In qualifying, properties, many factors are evaluated,
