Additional warehouse space, land in Bridgewater leased by SRS Distribution
Deal at 10-acre site brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty
BRIDGEWATER, NJ (May 15, 2024) – By renewing and expanding its lease, SRS Distribution has taken on an additional 7,000 square feet of warehouse space – along with more surrounding land – at a 10-acre industrial location in Bridgewater. The revised arrangement was brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick. SRS Distribution, which distributes building products throughout the U.S., was represented by Ryan Buerkle of JLL.

Specifically, 1480 Route 22 is less than a five-minute drive from Route 287 and four miles from Route 78. In addition, the property is less than a 40-minute drive from Newark Liberty Airport, 40 miles from Manhattan, and only 70 miles from Philadelphia.
The other tenants at 1480 Route 22 are UPS and Peonies to Paint Chips. Additional space is currently available.
