Sheldon Gross Realty brokers deal on 7,500-square-foot space
BRIDGEWATER, NJ (July 19, 2021) – A 7,500-square-foot space in Bridgewater has been purchased for $1.132 million by Skydell Contracting Inc., from PRD Properties LLC. The transaction, for 711 East Main Street, was managed by Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross and Vice President Eric Weston.
Providing kitchen and bathroom remodeling services, Skydell Contracting remodels home throughout Somerset and Union counties. Founded in 1988, the company also handles insurance restoration projects.
