Bridgewater resident elevated to assistant vice president role

WEST ORANGE, NJ (Jan. 27, 2026) – Bridgewater resident Josh Glussky has been promoted to assistant vice president by West Orange-based Sheldon Gross Realty. In his expanded role, Glussky – who joined the agency in 2023 – will assume increased responsibilities related to client strategy, transaction execution, and business development. He’ll continue to focus on selling and leasing commercial properties, primarily in central New Jersey.
Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, Glussky was a risk, fraud, and cybersecurity professional, based in Manhattan. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, with an entrepreneurship minor, from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
