Five multi-tenant commercial and industrial properties
in New Jersey get new property manager
FREEHOLD, NJ (Nov. 17, 2025) – A group of five multi-tenant, commercial and industrial properties located in New Jersey’s Monmouth and Middlesex counties is now being managed exclusively by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The agency – which also specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing – is overseeing day-to-day operations at:
- 1716 Ginesi Drive, Freehold
- 501–533 Okerson Road, Freehold
- 125 Halls Mills Road, Freehold
- 3160 Bordentown Road, Old Bridge
- 968 Shrewsbury Avenue, Tinton Falls
The five individual properties share elements of common ownership and Sheldon Gross Realty has managed bookkeeping and financial operations for the portfolio since 2022. The combined size of all buildings on the five properties is 130,970 square feet.
The agency also is continuing to handle financial work for a sixth property within the group, a vacant parcel of land in Millstone that’s currently under development.
