FAIR LAWN, NJ (July 20, 2026) – A 400-square-foot office condominium at 17-10 River Road in Fair Lawn has been sold for $100,000 in a transaction brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Property Manager / Sales Representative Bill Levesque.
Located on the second floor of a 25,600-square-foot office building, the condominium had been vacant prior to the sale. The buyer, Compassionate Caregiving by Amanda LLC, will use the space to train nurses for homecare assignments.
