FREEHOLD, NJ (March 14, 2024) – A 3,659-square-foot location in Freehold’s Fairfield Industrial Park has been leased by Manalapan-based Holland Marble. The deal was brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick and Assistant Vice President Matthew Leonelli, with the tenant represented by Michael Desero of Starker Commercial Realty.
The space will serve as a fabrication shop for Holland Marble, which uses granite and other materials to create, deliver and install kitchen and bathroom countertops.
