HOWELL, NJ (Nov. 20, 2023) – A 2.3-acre tract in Howell has been sold for $875,000, in a deal brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Assistant Vice President Matt Leonelli and Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick. Located at 300 Okerson Road, the property currently is entirely undeveloped.
“This property is particularly appealing because it’s essentially a blank slate,” explains Leonelli. “There are no existing buildings or paved lots on the land, so the new owner will have broad leeway in how the property ultimately is utilized.”
