HOWELL, NJ (May 24, 2023) – An office and warehouse structure in Howell has been sold for $2.9 million, in a deal brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick and Assistant Vice President Matthew Leonelli. Previously utilized by a commercial electrical contractor as well as an accounting firm, the 400 Okerson Road property is now the base of operations for a contractor.
