SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ (Nov. 5, 2026) – Approximately 5,000 square feet of space within a 30,324-square-foot flex building in South Plainfield, NJ have been leased by Chopra Royal Foods. The transaction was brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick and Assistant Vice President Joshua Glussky.
