Sheldon Gross Realty brokers deal on 10,769-square-foot location
FREEHOLD, NJ (July 9, 2020) — The lease for a 10,769-square-foot space within Freehold’s Fairfield Corporate Park, at 922 Route 33, has been renewed by Utz Quality Foods. The transaction was managed by Sheldon Gross Realty Senior Vice President Glenn Jaffe, along with Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick and Sales Representative Matthew Leonelli.
The largest independent, privately held snack brand in the U.S., Utz Quality Foods has operated from the Freehold location since 2003.
