WEST ORANGE, NJ (Sept. 18, 2025) – New leases on a 3,900-square-foot suite and a 560-square-foot officewere recently closed within the five-story building at 80 Main Street, West Orange. The larger space was taken by a construction company, while a brand strategy firm leased the other. Both transactions were brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Vice President Eric Weston, who represented the building owner.
