NEPTUNE, NJ (April 21, 2022) – A 17,000-square-foot, office/flex building located at 3443 Route 66 in Neptune has been sold for $3.2 million. The investment purchase was co-brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Barbara Gross and KW Commercial Sales Representative Glenn Jaffe.


Located at a signalized intersection at the junction of Green Grove Road, the three-acre site allows for expansion and additional parking. The building is 90% leased by Marcum, one of the top accounting firms in the nation, as well by Kiddie Academy, a leading educational child-care program.
