PLAINFIELD, NJ (March 8, 2022) – A two-story, 18,000-square-foot industrial property in Plainfield has been sold for $1.23 million. The former storage and fabrication facility, at 403 Berckman Street, was acquired by Eurasia Stone in a deal brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The property features a pair of distinct indoor spaces – a 10,500-square-foot ground floor featuring an office and warehouse, plus a 7,500-square foot upper floor for additional storage.
