Radiopharmaceutical company expands presence in Springfield
Office space expansion brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty
SPRINGFIELD, NJ (Aug. 1, 2024) – Growing a new biotech company is a challenge that requires professional assistance every step of the way. These properties are in close proximity to Evergreen’s headquarters, which Cook’s company has owned since Gross and Nathin negotiated the purchase of the property on which the headquarters and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility were built.

Prior to founding Evergreen Theragnostics, Cook was COO of a Europe-based radiopharmaceutical company – and Gross and Nathin managed his commercial real estate needs in New Jersey. They coordinated the purchase of a 15,000-square-foot building in Millburn that became the US headquarters and a manufacturing facility for Cook’s former employer. Then, just a few years later, Gross and Nathin negotiated the purchase of an adjacent office building to accommodate the rapid growth of that company, which has since been acquired by Novartis Pharmaceuticals.
