Somerset lease renewed by electrical contractor association

SOMERSET, NJ (March 18, 2026) – The New Jersey Independent Electrical Contractors Association (NJIEC) has renewed its lease on a 5,000-square-foot space at 20 Worlds Fair Drive in Somerset. Sheldon Gross Realty brokered the original lease three years ago, and this extension was managed by the company’s President, Marcy Gross, and Vice President, Eric Weston.
Located within an approximately 30,000-square-foot flex-industrial building owned by First Industrial Realty Trust, NJIEC’s space supports the organization’s electrician apprenticeship and training programs. Spanning four years, these programs combine classroom instruction with hands-on training to prepare electricians and electrical contractors for careers throughout New Jersey and beyond.
