SUMMIT, NJ (Nov. 7, 2024) – A 3,300-square-foot retail space in downtown Summit is now Home Power Yoga’s second location, via a lease arrangement brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross and Assistant Vice President Matt Leonelli.
At 333 Springfield Avenue, in a nine-store property on the corner of Summit Avenue that’s managed by Sheldon Gross Realty, the yoga studio is in the midst of Summit’s upscale business district. Chatham, Chatham Township, New Providence, and the Mall at Short Hills all are less than two miles away. And it’s only a quick, three-mile drive to downtown Madison.
