With more than four decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, having been involved in the business since 1983, Jonathan also plays an integral role in the firm’s Property management division, providing clients with comprehensive real estate solutions. He works with businesses of all sizes, helping them identify and secure office and industrial properties that align with their operational needs and long-term growth objectives.
Jonathan earned a Master Certification in Commercial Real Estate from New York University and holds a New Jersey real estate broker’s license. He also served as the Economic Development Coordinator for Robbinsville Township, where he supported business growth and economic development initiatives. his extensive industry experience, professional credentials, and public-sector background enable him to provide clients with knowledgeable, strategic guidance throughout every stage of the commercial real estate process.
