Joshua Glussky, Assistant Vice President at Sheldon Gross Realty, graduated from James Madison University in 2022 with a degree in Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Following graduation, he worked as a Risk Consultant before transitioning into commercial real estate in January 2023.
Joshua currently serves as Treasurer of the Industrial Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA), where he is actively involved in the industry and its professional community.
At Sheldon Gross Realty, he has quickly distinguished himself by securing leasing and sales assignments across industrial, office, and land sectors. Joshua has extensive experience representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers, consistently connecting the right parties and facilitating successful transactions. Known for delivering exceptional client service, he prioritizes his clients’ goals, often earning repeat business and managing multiple transactions with the same clients in a single year.
Outside of work, Joshua enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and following sports, particularly the Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Phillies, and James Madison Dukes.
