President

Marcy has been with Sheldon Gross Realty, Inc. for three decades. Her portfolio includes having managed more than one million square feet of commercial property, including retail, office, industrial, and residential facilities across the Garden State. Gross’ key professional roles are serving as the primary tenant contact, managing all site inspections, and preparing monthly property reports for owners.

She also is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of Sheldon Gross Realty. Marcy oversees all aspects of real estate sales and property management services for the company, as well providing real estate consultation services. A University of Hartford graduate, Marcy has spent 33 years with Sheldon Gross Realty, which was founded by her father in 1962. She is an active member of professional organizations that include the Executive Association of New Jersey, West Orange Chamber of Commerce, Jewish Business Network, B.I.G. and CREA United.
