Rick started in the family auto repair business at the age of 13. He was interested in real estate at a young age and began purchasing land, single family and multi-family properties for investment as a secondary career.
Rick has spent more than 28 years in the real estate business. He has been buying, selling and leasing for his own company, Competition Properties Corp. since 2003. Competition Properties started in Lakewood, NJ where it had real estate holdings and did commercial development until 2013. This company currently has real estate holdings in Wall, NJ part of Monmouth County since 2006 and continues to do more in Ocean County.
In 2017 Rick joined Sheldon Gross Realty as a Corporate Sales Representative, specializing in commercial sales and leasing.
