MATAWAN, NJ (Feb. 11, 2025) – A Matawan flex space featuring three structures was recently sold in a deal brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross and Corporate Sales Representative Joshua Glussky. The seller was represented by KBC Advisors.

 

The fully fenced property, at 2 Johnson Avenue, has two buildings designed for warehousing and another that offers office space, a showroom, and a storage area. Combined, the three structures have 20,230 square feet of space. The spacious lot is 0.8 acres.
