Three leases renewed in downtown West Orange office building

WEST ORANGE, NJ (May 5, 2026) – Three tenants recently renewed leases in a West Orange office building, including a long-term occupant that has expanded its footprint on multiple occasions. A tenant since 2019, the Mental Health Association of Morris and Essex now occupies approximately 12,000 square feet of space.
Also renewing leases in the building were the law firm of Greenberg and Minasian, which occupies 3,833 square feet, and attorney Richard Greifinger, who maintains a 1,988-square-foot office. In all three transactions, the property owner was represented by Eric Weston, a vice president for Sheldon Gross Realty, itself a tenant of the building for more than three decades.

A full renovation of the main lobby was completed in 2025.
