WEST ORANGE, NJ (June 26, 2024) – Being on the inside has its benefits.
In brokering the recently announced sale of the 101,000-square-foot office building at 80 Main Street in West Orange, the senior team at Sheldon Gross Realty had a rather unique perspective. They were working to sell the building in which their firm has been based for more than 45 years, and for which it has long served as exclusive real estate broker.
They succeeded when Millburn-based Iron Ore Properties LLC closed on its purchase of the five-story structure. A key reason for Iron Ore’s purchase of 80 Main Street was its nearly 90% occupancy rate, which bucks local, regional, and national office trends.
