ROSELAND, NJ (Sept. 7, 2021) – The law firm Milber Makris Plousadis & Seiden, LLP (MMP&S) is opening an office at 75 Livingston Avenue, in Roseland, NJ, in a transaction negotiated by Barbara Gross, Executive Vice President, Sheldon Gross Realty. This will be the firm’s sixth office branch.
“My client had only six weeks to relocate its Jersey City office, so we immediately focused on the Route 280 corridor,” explains Gross. “It’s known for its corporate parks, as well as for having a large number of law firms.”
