New Brunswick location provides space for cheerleader training

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ (March 26, 2026) – A 6,668-square-foot space in New Brunswick has been leased to Rutgers University’s Junior Knights Spirit program for use as a cheerleader training facility. The transaction was brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick and Assistant Vice President Joshua Glussky. Kroll Realty represented the tenant.
Located within a flex building at 409 Joyce Kilmer Avenue, the space features a warehouse layout that’s well-suited for training activities. The three-story structure is composed primarily of office suites.
“If there’s such a thing as an ideal space for training cheerleaders, this may be it,” said Glussky. “It provides a large, open footprint, ample on-site parking just outside the front entrance, and is convenient to the entire Middlesex and Somerset counties area.”
The Junior Knights Spirit instructional program serves children ages 12 and under.
Glick has represented the building’s ownership in multiple previous transactions.
